Your company's address in Germany. Live in 48 hours.
A real, register-ready business address in Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Munich or Berlin — with every letter scanned to your inbox the day it arrives. From €89/mo, everything handled in English.
What a registered business address is — and why every company needs one.
Every German company must have a Geschäftsanschrift — a deliverable business address recorded in the Handelsregister where authorities, courts and business partners can reach it. It also appears in your Impressum, on your invoices and in the transparency register. Without one, there is no registration: the notary won't file the founding deed, and the bank won't open the account.
For founders without premises in Germany — or founders who simply don't want their home address published — a registered address service provides that legal home. Ours is a real, staffed address in Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Munich or Berlin, not a PO box: registered letters, tax-office mail and court documents are received, opened and scanned to your secure inbox the same business day, so a deadline buried in a German-language letter never passes you by.
One honest caveat we tell every client: an address alone doesn't always satisfy the tax office's substance expectations for every business model. Where more is needed, we say so upfront and can provide it — that's the difference between an address provider and an operating partner.
The notary needs a German business address before the founding appointment. The address is the first thing to book — it's ready in 48 hours.
Your Impressum is public. A business address keeps your private address off your website, your invoices and the commercial register.
Landlord won't allow commercial registration, or you're leaving a co-working space? A registered address gives your company a stable legal home.
A Frankfurt address for banking credibility, Munich for industry, Berlin for startups — where your company sits shapes how it's read.

Asked before every address.

Before — the notary needs a German business address at the founding appointment. Most clients book the address first, then start the formation. Booked together, the address is live well before your notary date.
Letters are opened, scanned and uploaded to your secure inbox the same business day they arrive. You decide per letter whether we shred, store or forward the original.
Yes — switching within our four locations is an administrative change we handle for you. Note that moving a registered company seat to another city triggers a register amendment (notary fees apply).
