Banks don't decline businesses. They decline files.
Credit files, KfW applications and financial models built the way German lenders actually read them — with the objections answered before you submit. We prepare and coach; you own the relationship with the bank.
What a credit committee is actually doing.
A German bank is not evaluating whether your business is exciting. It is answering one question in writing, for a file that gets audited: can this borrower service this debt, and what happens if the plan doesn't hold. Everything the credit officer asks for — BWA, annual accounts, the Rentabilitätsvorschau, the liquidity plan, the security offered — feeds that single question.
Which is why so many applications fail for reasons that have nothing to do with the business. The revenue in the plan doesn't reconcile with the figures in the accounts. There is no downside case, so the officer has to invent one. The founder can't answer the debt-service question in the meeting. Each of those is fixable in advance — and each is invisible to the founder, because nobody tells you why you were declined.
Our role is the preparation: assembling the file in the expected structure, making the numbers reconcile, and rehearsing the conversation. We deliberately stop there. Brokering loans requires a §34c permission we don't hold, and we take no commission from any lender — so nothing about our recommendation depends on which bank you walk into.
BWA, annual accounts, a plan and a Rentabilitätsvorschau — and they must all tell the same story. Most rejections are file problems, not business problems.
Promotional loans run through your house bank on the programme's forms, to its deadlines. Miss the format and the application stalls before anyone reads it.
A rejection isn't final, but resubmitting the same file is. We find out what actually failed before you go back.
Before a data room opens, the gaps a first diligence pass will find should be closed — cap table, contracts, IP ownership, reporting.
Build what your lender asks for.
Prices are indicative until we've seen your figures in the reality check.
Bank credit file
BWA, annual accounts, business plan and Rentabilitätsvorschau assembled in the structure a German credit department expects — with the gaps closed before you submit.
KfW & public programme application
Promotional loans run through your house bank on the programme's own forms and deadlines. We prepare the file and the accompanying business case.
Financial model & Rentabilitätsvorschau
3–5 year model with liquidity and debt-service capacity. Free if you order a business plan with us.
Investor readiness review
Cap table, contracts, IP ownership and reporting reviewed against what a first diligence pass will ask for. You find the gaps, not the investor.
Bank meeting preparation
The questions a credit officer will actually ask, and how to answer them — including the downside case they will push on.
Expedited delivery
First complete file within five working days instead of two to three weeks.
What you get

Where we stop — deliberately
- Loan brokerage — we don't place your application and take no lender commission

- Guaranteed investor introductions
- Credit repair, or presenting figures as something they aren't
Loan brokerage requires a §34c GewO permission we don't hold, and we take no commission from lenders. You approach the bank; the credit decision is theirs.
Reality check first.
Is this financeable?
Tell us where you stand. We come back within one business day with an honest read — including “not yet, and here's what would change that” — before you pay for a file.
Already ordered a business plan from us? Then most of the file exists and the engagement is smaller — we quote it that way.
Asked before every application.
No. Brokering a loan — placing an application with a lender for a fee — requires a §34c GewO permission, which we don't hold, and we take no commission from any lender. We prepare the file and coach the conversation; you approach the bank. That also means our advice isn't shaped by who pays us a kickback.
Rarely because the business is bad. Usually because the file is incomplete, the numbers in the plan don't reconcile with the accounts, there's no credible downside case, or the founder can't answer the debt-service question in the meeting. All four are fixable before submission — that's the work.
For a classic bank loan, often not without collateral, equity or a guarantee — and we'll tell you that in the reality check rather than sell you a file that won't convert. Promotional programmes (KfW, Landesförderbanken) and guarantee banks (Bürgschaftsbanken) exist precisely for this case, and that's usually the honest route.
The business plan is the core document inside the credit file. If you've already ordered one from us, much of the work is done and the financing engagement is correspondingly smaller — we'll quote it that way rather than charge twice.
We work with you in English; the file is submitted in German, because that's what the bank reads. Both versions are yours.
